The house is 130 m2, sitting on an 800 m2 parcel.

Ground floor: hallway, kitchen, bathroom, dining room, 1 bedroom, large summer kitchen with a barbeque and a wood oven, closed part of the summer kitchen professionally equipped with stainless steel work surfaces. Top floor: living room and 1 bedroom.

House location: last construction parcel according to the Kaštelir-Labinci municipal urban plan. It faces olive groves, vineyards and the sea.

Ownership documentation is in order.

The process of legalisation is completed, because during adaptation the parameters were exceeded when two terraces were made. The house also has an energy certificate.

Although the two houses were built each on its own parcel, visually they make a whole. Each property has a separate entrance and utility connections – power and water.
